Flights arriving in Prague land in the international
airport in Prague-Ruzyne which is about 15km north-west of the city
centre. The airport is open from 04.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
There is a bus connection between the airport and the city (no. 119)
which goes at regular intervals. To get to the city you can also use
the shuttle bus or take a taxi.
Domestic air transport services are also available with Czech Airlines.
You can hire a small aircraft from specialist companies and fly to
domestic destinations while enjoying sightseeing the country from
air.
The biggest Czech air carrier, CSA, organizes direct flights to the
CR from many cities around the world.
